We're absolutely thrilled to be a part of your special day as your videography and photography team. Your love story and your unique visions are what make our work come alive.

To kick things off, please complete our connect form and share your love story, your dreams for the day, and your budget. Once we have these initial details, we'll set up a complimentary 1-hour Zoom call to create a personalized photography package just for you. Once everything aligns perfectly, we'll finalize it with a contract and payment plan.

Step 2: Planning Together

Congratulations, you're officially part of our extended family! As your big day approaches, we'll have a relaxed conversation about your schedule and all the essential details you'd like us to capture. We're committed to bringing your vision to life and making sure every moment is preserved beautifully.

Step 3: Your Special Day

Pre-Ceremony

We cherish those candid moments, the excitement, and the anticipation. From the bride's heart-to-heart with her bridesmaids to capturing intricate details like rings and shoes, you can trust us to capture it all. If you've opted for a first look, be ready for us to capture those heartwarming moments that will make your day even more special. We use state-of the art Lavalier mics as well as a second photographer and videographer ready to capture all the emotions!

Ceremony

We promise stunning photography, with two photographers capturing every angle of this significant moment. Additionally, three video cameras and high-quality Lavalier microphones (Lav mics) are part of our setup to ensure crystal-clear audio and expertly capture your special day.

Cocktail Hour/Reception

We work seamlessly with your photographer, capturing those unforgettable couple shots. During the reception, we document not just the events, but the emotions - the laughter, the tears, and the joy.

Family Photos

After the ceremony, we'll swiftly transition into family photos, utilizing our two-photographer team to ensure a speedy process. We understand the importance of getting through these group shots efficiently so you can get back to enjoying your celebration.

Cocktail Hour/Reception

We work seamlessly together, ensuring that we capture those unforgettable couple shots. During the reception, we're not just documenting the events; we're capturing the emotions - the laughter, the tears, and the joy that fills the air.

Dinner & Dancing

We'll be there from the grand entrance until the last dance, ensuring we encapsulate the essence of your celebration.

Step 4: Crafting Your Story

With all your precious moments safely preserved, our creative editing process begins. Every frame is carefully selected and woven together to create a story that will transport you back to your special day.

Step 5: Cherishing Memories

In just 2-8 weeks, we'll meet up again on Zoom. Here, we'll present your final collection of wedding photos, a work of art that encapsulates the magic of your day. We'll also offer some additional options for you to consider, but most importantly, we'll express our heartfelt gratitude for allowing us to be a part of your love story. How does the pricing work? How much will I spend?

We customize our collections based on our clients needs so the collection we build will be perfect for YOU. The average 2024 Film investment will be $3500-4500, Even if this is above your price range feel free to reach out! We can work with a very flexible payment plan or help you find someone closer to your budget.

How long will it take me to get my film and photos back?

Video editing can take a while. Our turnaround time for the highlight film is 2-8 weeks. During busy season (generally May-October) it takes longer to edit due to the simple fact that each wedding film and photo deserves a high amount of attention and we want to be able to provide the best quality possible!
